Copper Fit is triggered to promote blood circulation and oxygenation.

There are three main types of copper sleeves, including:

— Knee Sleeves

— Elbow Sleeves

— Ankle Sleeves

Knee Compression Sleeve

Knee compression sleeves function as a knee brace, as they provide support to the knees. However, they can give a different level of protection and are designed to protect injured knees from further damage.

The sleeves are usually made of neoprene, which is effective in providing much-needed compression for the joints and tired muscles. Worn joints and muscles need a lot of oxygen to recover, which means that blood flow must be efficient so that oxygen is transported to the affected area.

Also, the body produces many wastes (e.g., lactic acid) during exercise. This means that it needs to be removed efficiently, which brings another important aspect of efficient blood flow.

Knee Supports

Knee supports are supports to be worn when you have knee pain. Some people use them to avoid knee injuries during sports. The supports are made of combinations of metal, foam, plastic or elastic material and belts. They come in various sizes, colors, and designs.

The knee supports, neoprene being the most popular material, are used after knee surgery, for sports and running and during rehabilitation of the knee and can help provide stability and support after knee injuries, such as rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), torn knee cartilage, medial knee ligament torsion, posterior cruciate ligament rupture (PCL), patella tendonitis, knee arthritis, and runners knee.
